How can an Employer activate and renew an expired job?

The theme supported the function for employers that they can renew an expired job in the employer dashboard without admin. To enable this function:

Go to Theme Options -> Jobs Options -> General Jobs -> Extend Expired Jobs -> Click " On" to enable this option
