How to Freelancer Send project's proposal

If the Freelancer want to send a new project's proposal please follow these steps:

  1. From the Freelancer account click the Project that the Freelancer wants -> Click the button Send proposals

2. Next, enter Your budget working rate that you want to proposal to the owner's project.

  1. After the Freelancer enters, please click the button Submit a proposal to send the request to the admin
