# How to Create an Employer Project
If you want to create a new project from admin account, please follow these steps:
1. From the Employer dashboard click the tab **Projects -> Create New Project**
2\. Next, enter a title and select the option that you want to show in the project. And then, click **Post Project** to save and publish the project
